Kansas Football Coach Mark Mangino’s Fried Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich




I happen to know Mark eats 10-15 of these in a daily basis.

2 pieces of Texas Toast

Peanut Butter

Ripe Banana (several black spots)

Stick of Butter (or use bacon grease!)


 

Melt 2/3 of the butter in a frying pan on low heat. Spread as much peanut butter as you want on one piece of the texas toast (if you have trouble spreading, toast the bread first and warm the peanut butter in the microwave), mash up the banana in a bowl (use a spoon, not your hand you slob) and spread it on the other piece of bread. Make it into a sandwich and plop it in the grease, wait a few minutes (usually takes 2-3) for the bottom to turn a golden brown, when you flip the sandwich drop the rest of the butter in before you drop the sandwich down. Grill it up to a golden brown and walla. If you want to get crazy, use raisin bread and/or sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on it. Mark doesn't have time for that shit because he's fucking Hungry

Eat 1-2 every hour and in no time you will look just like the Kansas football coach, of course unless you die of a heart attack first.
